We are always looking for opportunities to be involved with our community, live out our obedience to God’s Word and be mission minded. With that being said, the Christmas/Caring House, in partnership with Stanwood Food bank and Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, would love our help in getting Christmas gifts stocked up for families in need this season. The supply has been depleted due to COVID.
Please bring unopened, original packaged (not wrapped) gift donations to the church to be stored until delivery. The items below are needed most. If you would prefer, you can also donate money to the church and we will go purchase gifts with it. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact one of the elders for further details and/or information.
- Gift Cards for Teenagers (our biggest need!!!)
- Stocking stuffers for all ages (the dollar tree is a great place to find items for this)
- Toys ages 0 – 13 (Legos, barbies, nerf guns, Disney princesses, Pokemon, Superheroes)
- Make up kits, and hair supplies (hair straighteners, curling irons, etc.)
- Electronics (Bluetooth speakers, game controllers, etc.)
- Sports gear, (basketball, football, soccer ball, Baseball glove, Baseball bat)
- Bicycles
- Art sets
- Clothing and pajamas for all sizes 3 month – Adult 2X (Walmart clearance is a great way to purchase these items)
- Wrapping paper
